About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Wheelhouse Cowork website, member portal, and online booking services, operated by Wheelhouse Cowork LLC ("Wheelhouse," "we," "us"). Memberships and room reservations are also governed by the membership agreement or conference room reservation agreement you sign; if those agreements conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and room booking code confidential and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without permission. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate our agreements or policies.
Bookings and payments
Room reservations are confirmed for the room and time shown at booking. Prices, member rates, and cancellation terms are shown at booking and in your agreement. By saving a payment method, you authorize us to charge it for amounts you owe as described in your agreement, including membership invoices at the time they are issued.
SMS reservation reminders
Program: Wheelhouse Cowork Reservation Reminders. When you opt in on your member portal Profile page, we text you about your room reservations — for example, a reminder shortly before your booking ends with a link to extend it.
Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Opting in is not required to become a member or book a room.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again (reply START). For help, reply HELP or contact nate@wheelhousework.com or 617-331-1639.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is never shared with third parties for marketing.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site or portal — for example by attempting to access accounts or data that aren't yours, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and liability
The website and online services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Wheelhouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of them. Nothing here limits rights you have under Massachusetts law that cannot be waived.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, Massachusetts. Questions? Contact nate@wheelhousework.com or 617-331-1639.
